Aaron Hayes-Roth

Aaron Hayes-Roth joined the Armstrong Board of Trustees in 2026 and serves on the Finance Committee. As a parent of a current Armstrong student, he brings both personal investment and professional depth to his board role — drawn to the school's science- and environment-centered approach to nurturing the dyslexic mind, and its commitment to fostering a lifelong love of learning. Professionally, Aaron has spent two decades leading Corporate Development and Strategy at growth-stage enterprise software companies, with a foundation in finance and private equity. He also co-chairs the Annual Fund committee team at Phillips Brooks School. Aaron holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a BA from Pomona College. A Bay Area native, he and his spouse are proud parents of two daughters. Outside of work and family life, you'll find him cheering on the SF Giants, attending the Opera, or — most often — out in the garden.
