Stephen Sinclair

Steve Sinclair is a proud parent of two Armstrong alums. Daughter, Katie attended Armstrong for 5-years and son, Blake attended for 8-years (the last first grade class!!). Amstrong was both foundational & transformational for Katie & Blake, helping them build core academic skill sets, self-confidence, and critical self-advocacy skill while spring boarding successful high school and college experiences.  Both Steve and his wife Becky believe deeply in Armstrong’s mission and have been active at the school over the years – various committees, chairing the 50th anniversary gala/annual fund, room parents, etc. Steve joined the Armstrong Board in 2024 and is now Treasurer. Steve is a 30-year veteran of Cisco Systems, recently retired.  At Cisco, Steve held leadership positions across Finance, Sales, and Strategy & Planning.  Previously, Steve was with Yeager, Wood, and Marshall, a money management firm, and The LEK Partnership, a management consulting firm. Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Stanford University and a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School. He lives in Palo Alto, CA with his wife Becky and their two children.
