Michael Glaser

Michael R. Glaser is the parent of an Armstrong middle-schooler, who joined the community in second grade after a rewarding summer program experience.  Michael became a trustee in 2021 after serving on the school’s Finance Committee.  Learning differences run in Michael’s family, and he is deeply committed to the cause of early intervention and empowerment for dyslexic learners.  Michael is a partner at the law firm Morrison & Foerster LLP, where he represents venture-backed startup companies in formation, financing, and exit transactions.  Michael has worked with a number of non-profit organizations in the course of his career, with missions ranging from school nutrition to Paralympic athletics, to the performing arts.  However, Armstrong is the first organization that Michael has joined as a trustee. Michael completed his undergraduate studies at the State University of New York at Albany and earned his law degree at New York University.  Michael lives in San Francisco with his spouse and two children.
