Jenna Ellis

Jenna Ellis is the parent of two sons who graduated from Charles Armstrong in 2011 and 2012. Jenna serves on the the Executive and Audit Committees of the Board. She enthusiastically serves on the Armstrong board as a way to give back to the organization that provided such a transformative educational experience for her two sons.  Jenna's favorite thing about Armstrong is that each child is accepted for who they are and their learning needs are addressed while their strengths are praised and encouraged. Jenna is a philanthropist, community volunteer and a mother to six children. Previously she worked as a CPA for Ernst & Young, LLP serving clients in the financial services industry. She retired in 2003 to spend more time with her growing family. Jenna currently also serves on the advisory board for the Graduate School of Education at Stanford University and on the board of directors of the National Center for Learning Disabilities. Previously, she served on the boards of Parents Education Network, Children’s Center Preschool and Palo Alto Preparatory School. Jenna received a baccalaureate degree in Accounting from the University of Hawaii and a Master’s degree in Taxation from Mississippi State University. She lives in Silicon Valley with her husband and children.
