Michael Huskins
Mike Huskins is the father of an alumnus who attended Charles Armstrong for eight years. He joined the Board of Trustees because he believes deeply in the mission of Charles Armstrong, and he serves on the Finance and Audit committees. Mike is a veteran lawyer and business person with more than 30 years of experience working with technology companies. He is currently working at Nikkl, a fintech startup. Prior to Nikkl, Mike headed up Product Operations at Twilio where he helped Twilio scale from a 250-person startup to a global publicly-traded communications company. Prior to Twilio, Mike worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company for seven years where he focused on strategy and operations for large-scale information technology organizations. Earlier in his career, Mike was the General Counsel and Vice President of Finance for Advanced Interconnect Technologies, a semiconductor assembly and test company that was acquired by Unisem, a publicly-traded company headquartered in Malaysia. Mike also worked as investment banker at SoundView Technology Group where he focused on data storage companies, and he started his career as a corporate and securities attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Mike has an M.B.A. with High Honors from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and was a Palmer Scholar. He also has a J.D. with honors from the University of Chicago Law School, and an A.B. with honors from Princeton University. He is a member of the State Bar of California. Mike lives in Foster City with his wife, his youngest son, and the family dog, Bueller.
