Summer Programs 2010
What CAS's Summer School Classes Offer
At Charles Armstrong School, our academic program is specifically designed for students with language-based learning differences. During
the summer, we provide a morning program that gives students the opportunity to brush up on their skills in a 19-day program focused on reading, writing and mathematics for grades 1-6. Students registered in 7th and 8th grades will focus on high school preparation. Our summer school classes are offered to CAS's ongoing students, are required for students newly entering CAS in the fall of 2010, and are open to students from other schools who will be entering grades one through eight. Summer School gives students who
struggle with reading, writing and math skills a chance to benefit from Charles Armstrong School’s unique approach to learning and small group instruction.
Our highly trained summer school faculty offers a simultaneous, multi-sensory approach to language instruction.
